When Emily Carter bought her new house, she thought she knew exactly what she was getting. The old property was full of character, with beautiful wooden floors, large windows, and plenty of space. But there was one thing nobody had mentioned during the viewing. Just a few days after moving in, Emily noticed something unusual in the upstairs hallway.
